Based in Bavaria, Germany, Stürmer Maschinen supplies approximately 2,000 specialist dealers in Germany and a growing number of foreign partners in nearly all European countries with metalworking and woodworking machines, compressors, welding and workshop technology. With the inauguration of a new logistics centre with 16,000 m2 of storage space, the company also decided to replace its entire forklift fleet.

Productivity in every move – Crown introduced the FC 5200 Series counterbalance forklift to give operators the strength, stability and manoeuvrability they need to lift heavy loads in tight aisles and on crowded docks.
For its SC 6000 electric counterbalance forklift range, Crown has won the Excellence in Ergonomics prize in the prominent Fork Lift Truck Association (FLTA) awards, known as the Archies. The forklift series features an ergonomically enhanced cabin, designed for greater visibility combined with maximum operator comfort and performance.
Crown offers an optional, innovative hard cabin for the C-5 counterbalanced gas-powered forklift truck that sets new standards of comfort, all-round visibility and ergonomics.
The automotive-class cabin offers expansive legroom and headroom and is characterised by a host of thoughtful details that set new industry benchmarks, making the C-5 truck suitable for use in every conceivable working environment. Mounted on vibration dampers which isolate it from the chassis, the cabin is also almost entirely vibration-free.
