New retail office in Vienna
With a steady stream of innovative material handling equipment emerging from its factories, Crown has established a position on the Austrian market. Now the company is forging even closer ties with Austria by opening a new retail office with a dedicated sales and service operation in Vienna this July. “Crown lift trucks are recognised worldwide for innovation and reliability, and Crown is already a known player in Austria. With local knowledge, the new office will be able to provide customers with an even better level of service response,” says Richard Schulan, Head of Sales & Service Crown Austria. Crown Vienna will be supported by the company’s European parts centre in Munich, with parts being shipped overnight to engineers’ vans.
In addition, the new Crown office in Vienna will be offering short-term rental trucks to help customers manage surges in demand or cover unforeseen circumstances, as well as a wide selection of Crown-guaranteed used lift trucks, and a full range of finance and maintenance options.
The benefits of vertical manufacturing
