Forbes partnered with market research company Statista to create its own independent research panel and conduct a survey of approximately 50,000 workers throughout the United States. Survey participants were asked to identify and rate their employer according to their likelihood to recommend the company to a friend or family member.
Participants were also asked about recommendations of other companies they would or would not recommend as an employer based on their own knowledge or impressions. Results for all companies mentioned by participants during the survey process were compiled based on both the quantity and quality of the responses received with only the top finishers designated as “America’s Best Employers.”

Company invests to address customer demand in key port area
Crown Equipment, one of the world’s largest material handling companies, has announced its strategic expansion in Rayong, Thailand, to further support its customers in this growing province. Located near the Laem Chabang container port, Rayong is well placed with growing infrastructure, large industrial parks and warehousing and distribution supporting companies in the automotive, electronics, manufacturing and third-party logistics (3PL) industries.
Crown had been servicing the Rayong area through a parts and service facility, but with the rapid development in the area, the company moved to larger premises to offer a broader range of products and services.
“The completion of our new Rayong facility follows our recent Bangkok head office relocation, and is further proof of our commitment to invest in the country and its strategic logistic regions,” said David Sultana, Southeast Asia marketing manager at Crown Equipment.

Revisions to Crown Equipment’s entry-level internal combustion-engine 2-3 tonne forklift range have improved its performance, appearance and ergonomics.
The new GX Plus Series, which provides customers with an economical yet strong-performing option offering diesel and LPG engine choices, comes with a completely redesigned counterweight for improved airflow to maximise cooling capacity. The redesign also modernises its appearance.
The updates have also made it easier for drivers to monitor the functions of GX Plus Series forklifts, with a new, easy-to-read instrument panel displaying coolant and transmission oil temperatures, fuel level and operating hours, oil pressure and alternator voltage.
