Customer feedback has always been an essential part of Crown’s business model as we look to develop new services, products and technology to meet customer needs. Social media has become a key tool not only for soliciting customer feedback, but for sharing information with customers and the industry as a whole. It allows us to collect and dispense information more quickly nearly any other form of communication.
Recently, we conducted some Twitter polls to give people in the industry the opportunity to tell us what is important to them and what they are thinking about.
