We understand not only how our actions impact our own operations and environment, but also how our business processes, products and service impact our customers’ results.”
As part of its commitment to sustainability, Crown is focused on delivering high-quality, energy-efficient lift trucks that use fewer parts, require less maintenance and produce less waste, all while enhancing the customer experience through longer usable life and greater productivity. Examples of this commitment include Crown’s wireless InfoLink® fleet and operator management system, Auto Positioning System, Xpress™ Lower, eGen® Braking and MonoLift® Mast. Crown’s Encore® line of renewed lift trucks is another example of the company’s commitment to sustainability. As part of the Encore remanufacturing process, Crown technicians strip each forklift down to its frame and meticulously inspect, repair and/or replace every part that goes back into the forklift.
