Crown Equipment sponsored the survey conducted by DC Velocity, which is a national material handling publication.
More than 200 material handling professionals were surveyed. Respondents responsible for the purchase of lift trucks also ranked Crown as the leader in reliability, serviceability, ergonomics, energy efficiency, design, technology and fleet management. Crown took top billing as the first brand to consider when purchasing a lift truck.
